Dr. Athena Papikinou is advising on Labor law, European law, Banking and Consumer law.

She focuses mainly on labor law and consumer law issues and specializes in collective labor agreements.

She has advised Greek and foreign companies on various issues, mainly labor law, consumer and banking law. She has reviewed, negotiated and advised major clients on various commercial agreements, contracts & labor litigation matters. She has also drafted legal opinions and court documents. In particular, she has been the member of the negotiation team of Piraeus Port Authority on the agreement with the labor unions on the new General Staff Regulation and the new Collective Labor Agreements. In addition, she  has advised major Greek companies on confidential internal audits, mainly on issues of protection of employee’s personal data. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Secretariat-General of Consumer in the Ministry of Economic Affairs on the reform of consumer protection legislative framework (Law 2251/1994) in 2016.
