Bart Gerretsen has been a lawyer since 1979. Bart worked at NautaDutilh for 37 years and is regarded by the market as an industry veteran in the field of Corporate Litigation. As co-counsel Bart supports the firm’s litigation team in commercial and corporate litigation matters. 

Bart acts as a member of the management boards of inter alia Erasmus MC Foundation and Arminius. Furthermore, Bart is an advisor of Partner in Toezicht, an organization that gives professional guidance to (non) executive boards in the assessment and evaluation of their respective roles.
