Richard le Grand has been a commercial and corporate lawyer since 2002. Richard is an ambitious professional fighting to the end for his client's interests. As a boardroom advisor to his corporate clients, including two multinationals, he is a well versed commercial litigator and an all round M&A lawyer. In addition, he acts for both companies and banks in dealing with fraud cases. Richard is appointed by the Courts as insolvency administrator and acts as an expert at the request of the Enterprise Chamber.

Richard le Grand has followed three postgraduate courses in the Corporate area and is both a member of the professional body of Insolad, the Dutch Turnaround Association and the Rotterdam Bar Fraud Committee.
