Wouter Haeser is a partner and specialist in all regulatory aspects surrounding infrastructure, real estate and energy projects, including permits, planning, zoning, environmental law, land development, and procurement. He is known for his ability to communicate and cooperate with key players of all relevant disciplines needed to bring a project to a successful close. Wouter advises and litigates for the industry, project developers and investors, and has extensive experience in liaising with the authorities. Wouter started his career with Houthoff, where he also practised supreme court litigation.
