Senior Associate

Pieter specialises in regulated markets, with an emphasis on the energy sector. His expertise lies mainly in regulatory issues and in sustainable energy projects, including wind, solar, biogas and heat. He represents clients in procedures with regulators and in both civil and administrative court proceedings.

Pieter is a member of the Dutch Energy Law Association (NeVER). He regularly publishes in the Dutch Journal for Energy law. Pieter started his career at the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
