Anna Kapteijn has worked as a lawyer in real estate since 2009. She has worked in the Projects & Real Estate team at Allen & Overy and in the Construction law team at Stibbe. She has experience in the construction sector, renewable energy sector, project finance and procurement law. Since 2016 she combines her work in the legal practice, with academic research at the VU University of Amsterdam​. Her PhD research focusses on the allocation of risks and cooperation between the parties in integrated construction contracts. At the VU University of Amsterdam she also teaches master courses in procurement law, contract law and construction law.
