Within the M&S Partners Attorneys at Law, Zrinka advises international and domestic clients on various Commercial / Corporate / M&A law legal issues and challenges, predominantly within the scope of all statutory changes to the companies, share transfers, establishment of new companies, as well as contractual and legal issues related to real estate law. Zrinka also advises clients on various labour law legal issues. She also represents clients in commercial and civil court cases, as well as handling bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.
