Representing a global financial institution in litigation against a former private wealth client. Represented in a successful defense of a former chief executive of a state-owned enterprise in a case brought by Kuwait’s public prosecutor. The state accused our client of violating Kuwaiti municipal laws in the course of the construction of a megaproject in Kuwait. The alleged violations amounted to KWD 30 million in fines.
