Career

Nina is a Partner and a co-founder of Dimitrijević and Partners. She heads our banking and finance practice. Nina has extensive experience in loan syndication and credit facilities, collateralization and banking regulatory matters. She has been engaged in a number of cross-border financing transactions, advising both financial institutions and borrowers.

Nina also advises national and international clients on a broad range of corporate mandates, including corporate governance and commercial transactions, contract drafting and review as well as shareholder matters. She is a key point of contact for clients requiring legal advice in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
