Betül is a junior associate in Dericioğlu&Eren and she joined the firm in 2020. She is both lawyer and a trademark attorney specializing in Intellectual Property law, with a special focus on employee inventions, as well as trademarks, designs and patents, domain names, and unfair competition.

Betül provides legal consultancy on both contentious and non-contentious matters for international and domestic clients from numerous business sectors with implementing IP protection and enforcement strategies, and all aspects of Intellectual Property and regulatory matters. She also offers her services regarding applications to precautionary measures, following up the UDRP arbitration process regarding domain names, reconciliation and license, contract drafting.
