Çağrı is a dual qualified (New York and Istanbul Bars) corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience at national and international law firms, mainly advising multinational clients. He specializes in data protection, commercial contracts and competition law.

Throughout his career, Çağrı advised a wide range of clients including  multinational banks, private equities, major pharmaceutical, insurance and technology companies as well as high net individuals.

Before Çetinkaya  Pehlivan Barlak, Çağrı held senior positions at Kinstellar, Dentons and Paksoy (all being top tier law firms in Turkey).

Çağrı also holds CIPP/E and CIPM certificates as well as the Follow of Information Privacy designation recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
