Position

Since qualifying in 1997, he has worked in both London’s West End and The City, and is therefore fully integrated into the culture of both the commercial property and corporate legal world, whilst maintaining good contacts within the property industry.

He specialise in all aspects of property law especially residential development and commercial property. He has acted on many landmark high end residential, mixed use and commercial developments over many years, as well as managing teams on portfolio acquisitions and sales and large plot sales.

His experience in this area is supported by in-depth knowledge, good judgment and legal skills. David has worked on some of London’s landmark residential property transactions in recent years.

David qualified at Jeffrey Green Russell. He later joined SJ Berwin where he spent five years, before deciding to leave a large, city environment to join a smaller, entrepreneurial firm, Brecher.  Taking the plunge, together with three other colleagues, they then founded JD Law, a dynamic, commercial property-heavy firm which they operated successfully for six years before fate stepped in again, to introduce them to the partners of Joelson Wilson, whose expertise lay primarily within the corporate world.   They decided together, they would be stronger, and they merged their respective practices to form Joelson.
