Ms. Zeynep Ergün is the co-founder of ZESA Attorney Partnership.

Ms. Ergün specialises in commercial transactions relating to competition and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in representing and advising clients particularly in investigations brought forward by the Competition Board. She also deals with licensing agreements, cooperation agreements, non-compete clauses, distribution and supply agreements, compliance, competition audits and preparing notification forms for national and global mergers and acquisitions as well as competition litigation cases.

Zeynep Ergün provides legal advice to Turkish and international companies in a broad range of sectors, on the necessities for all their business activities. The sectors she has advised in range from telecommunications, healthcare (pharmaceuticals and medical devices), real estate, energy, aviation and shipping, automotive and spare parts, investment funds, private equity, tourism to food and beverages.

She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and Tarsus American High School Alumni Association. She has an LL.M. on European Law from Institut d’etude Europeenne of Universite libre de Bruxelles. She was a trainee at DG Customs Union and Indirect Taxation of the European Commission. She was also a recipient of Jean Monet Scholarship. She speaks English and French fluently.
