Tapio has also acted several times as counsel in the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Tapio’s expertise in white-collar crime defence has been utilised in investigations and in the subsequent criminal proceedings. Tapio has, by Finnish standards, rare expertise in niche areas such as aviation law and anti-dumping regulation and related proceedings. Tapio has also acted as an advocate in director and employment contract related proceedings concerning termination, reward and malpractices. He advises clients also in compliance-related matters.
