Luca has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2005.
With extensive experience in European market regulations, he has served as external counsel for multiple countries on behalf of one of the world's largest fashion retailers, known for its diverse portfolio of brands. In this role, he actively supports E-commerce operations, offers guidance on compliance, regulatory matters, consumer protection, and market practices, while closely monitoring legal developments to ensure proactive solutions.
Luca is also well-versed in complex litigation, frequently managing national and international legal disputes, arbitration proceedings, and legal secondments. His background as a litigator has honed his negotiation skills, making him highly proficient in drafting terms and conditions, commercial contracts, and various agreements.
Beyond his European focus, Luca has more than 20 years experience in the international business law experience, particularly in Africa, where he has lived and worked extensively. He has been assisting global clients looking to establish or expand their operations across the continent, as well as African-based companies seeking international growth. His deep understanding of regional business landscapes allows him to navigate country-specific challenges effectively.
