Joaquín Ureña specializes in the analysis of investment projects, valuations of businesses or assets, providing advice in the sale of businesses and corporate restructuring processes, financial planning, strategic planning and implementation of cost management systems.

He is an expert in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and he has an extensive expertise in the international accounting harmonization process.
