Diana Malcherczyk specializes in real estate business and corporate law. She mainly advises national and international investors as well as real estate companies on the structuring and implementation of real estate and corporate transactions. Her practice also focuses on advising on all aspects of corporate law, private construction law as well as out-of-court dispute resolution and litigation.

After studying law at the Free University of Berlin, Diana Malcherczyk completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with a stop at Beiten Burkhardt in Brussels (Belgium). She began her career as a lawyer in 2015 at Rolema, a boutique real estate law firm. Before joining the Andersen team in 2020, Diana Malcherczyk worked for multidisciplinary, internationally oriented law firms, including Grant Thornton Germany and TLC Legal in Berlin.
