Partner and head of the Tax practice at Andersen Iberia.

Previosuly, he worked at MA Abogados, Deloitte and DWF-RCD.

Borja has a 20-year career in tax law and he specializes in tax planning of investment and restructuring operations, both at national and international level, and in providing ongoing tax advice to multinational groups and family offices.

De Gabriel has wide experience in advicing on wealth restructuring operations and on the internationalization processes of Spanish companies, as well as international groups in their investments in Spain.

Moreover, he specializes in the innovation field and he has extensive experience in providing tax advice to all types of entrepreneurial and disruptive initiatives, including those arising from corporate incubation and acceleration programs.

In the academic field, he has been a lecturer and he is the author of a number of artilces published in specialized magazines.
