Partner and head of the Madrid office.

Before joining Andersen, Ivo founded and was the Managing Partner of DA Lawyers.

He is a member of Andersen´s Board of Directors.

With more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, he is specialized in advising venture capital funds, M&A operations, listing processes for companies on BME Growth, and setting up and advising on investment vehicles.

His clients mainly include venture capital entities, large companies from various sectors and Socimis (REITs).

Ivo is also an arbitrator of the Madrid Court of Arbitration.

He speaks and participates at different conferences and events at universities and institutions.

He is also the author of various doctrinal and legal articles both in specialized publications and in the national economic press.
