Dr. Kathrin Pietras has been practicing labor and employment law for more than 22 years. She advises domestic and foreign companies, employers and executives on all labor and employment law issues (individual and collective labor law). Her clients appreciate her solution-oriented approach and her outstanding expertise with long-standing client relationships. She has a special focus on the healthcare sector.

Dr. Kathrin Pietras studied law in Marburg an der Lahn. After her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, she started her legal career at the then law firm Andersen Legal and its successor Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Frankfurt am Main, where she was a partner in employment law until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, she was a partner in the Frankfurt office of the law firm Buse Heberer Fromm (now Buse). Since 2022, she has been a partner at Andersen in Frankfurt am Main.
