Dr. Anton Godt advises domestic and foreign companies and entrepreneurs on all aspects of corporate law/M&A. He advises real estate companies and investors on the structuring and implementation of transactions. He also deals with project developments as well as legal issues relating to the ongoing portfolio and asset management of real estate companies. Furthermore Dr. Godt advises companies in data protection issues.

Dr. Godt studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster and completed his studies at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with the first state examination. He then completed the second state examination in Berlin, where stations led him, among other things, to a major international law firm and to the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. In 2021, Dr. Godt completed his doctorate at the University of Göttingen on the topic of "Cooperation in Competition Law Matters - A Closer Look at Trade Agreements" and was admitted to the bar in the same year. Dr. Godt joined Andersen in Cologne in October 2021.
