Wibke Scheermann advises companies and shareholders on procedural, corporate and commercial law issues as well as on national and international corporate acquisitions and mergers.

Wibke Scheermann studied law at the University of Bonn. She passed the first state examination in 2017 and the second state examination in 2019. From 2017 to 2018, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Bonn and led working groups in the field of civil law.

During her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn, she worked - among others - for the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in London and for a German law firm in Bonn in the corporate department.

She is admitted as an attorney since March 2020. Since then she has worked in the areas of corporate and litigation.

Wibke Scheermann joined the Andersen team at the Cologne office in September 2021.
