Rasha heads our corporate and commercial transactions departments. She has extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, finance, corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions and contract law. Rasha has enjoyed success as in-house legal advisor to some of the most prominent Jordanian companies, such as Orange Jordan (Legal Affairs Director), Jordan Dubai Capital (Legal Counsel), and Hikma Pharmaceutical PLC (Senior Legal Advisor), where she was part of the team that provided legal support for Hikma’s IPO with the London Stock Exchange. Additionally, she was the in house advisor to both Jordan Dubai Capital and Orange Telecom and has an in depth knowledge of telecom and financial regulations.
