Anne Spohr is specialized in the field of corporate and commercial law. She focusses especially on the ongoing legal advice to companies.

Anne Spohr studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) in Cologne. She has gained experience in the field of corporate law at a medium-sized law firm and a notary public’s office in Cologne. Since July 2020 she is a registered attorney and part of the Andersen team in Cologne. During her time at Andersen, she also extended her knowledge of International Commercial Law by completing a LL.M. at the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
