Sylvia Sidrak is a Partner at Andersen in Egypt. Aside from offering general corporate law services such as company formation, entity licensing and providing advice on corporate governance, Sylvia specializes in employment law, providing high quality and tailor made advice to clients.

Sylvia’s range of experience extends to handling employment law disputes both through litigation or amicable negotiations, dealing with governmental agencies for the attainment of all licenses and permits pertaining to foreign employees, creating or reviewing company internal policies, exercising means of amicable dispute resolution including participation in negotiations and mediating between employers and employees, provision of legal support for personnel integration post-merge/ acquisition, workforce and management restructuring, advising in cases of downsizing and closure of production lines, and providing general non-contentious employment advice.

Sylvia advises clients from all commercial sectors, with a particular focus on retail and pharmaceuticals.
