Senior Associate

Maria is a senior associate at Alexandros Economou LLC and heads the Corporate Services Department. Maria is an expert on the provision of corporate services and related commercial matters. Maria works with various leading international law firms and provides corporate transactional advice (mergers, acquisitions, banking and finance) to  private companies and banking institutions. Maria’s practice also includes formations, restructurings, reorganisations, redomiciliations/migrations and cross border mergers .

In addition, Maria advises on general corporate compliance matters (including AML and FATCA matters) and handles all interaction of legal entities vis-à-vis the Registrar of Companies and the Courts. Maria also handles a wide range of non-contentious intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks and copyright.
