Partner Nart Shawash has been practising law in Jordan since 1997. His diverse and extensive legal experience includes civil, criminal and administrative litigation, as well as commercial and construction arbitration.

He has assisted different governmental bodies and private businesses in complex legal disputes and acquisition transactions in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and mining sectors.

Nart provides legal advice and acts as leading counsel in court and arbitration proceedings on behalf of major companies in Jordan. He is also well-versed in insurance litigation, IP disputes (including patents and trademarks), banking law, employment disputes, companies’ law and customs law.
