Senior Associate

Deniz  focuses on project finance, acquisition finance, banking and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises banks, sponsors, and corporates on project development, financing transactions, and cross border M&A deals. Her work includes drafting and negotiation of loan and security documentation, corporate structuring, and assistance during financial closings. Deniz regularly advises finance transactions involving Turkish and international financial institutions.
