Ali focuses on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises lenders, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex financing transactions, with particular experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His experience includes advising on all stages of project development and financing processes, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of finance and security documents, corporate approvals, and financial closings. Ali has also been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions across various industries.
