Deniz Avcı focuses on project finance, acquisition finance, other financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. The sectors in which she is most active include renewable energy and infrastructure sector. She has also participated in a number of major mergers and acquisitions deals.

She regularly advises major banks on high profile banking and finance transactions, including general and daily banking matters. She has also been involved in due diligence reviews, reviewing, drafting, commenting and finalizing of term sheets and loan agreements, drafting and perfection of security documents, drafting and amending of relevant corporate documents and assisting with the financial closing procedures and issuance of legal opinions.

Deniz had worked for one of top-ranking law firms in Turkey in the recent years and acted as the local counsel of Turkish and international banks in PPP projects in Turkey.
