Mrs. Balcik graduated from the Faculty of Law of Marmara University, Istanbul in 2008. As a member of Suluk IP Law firm since 2011, she provides consultancy, litigation services to the local and foreign clients majorly related to trademark, design, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, domain names, company/business names matters. She is a trustworthy litigatior with strong writing skills both in Turkish and English. She also provides consultation in preparing and reviewing agreements.

She manages the prosecution department and supports the local and foreign clients in building special IP strategies in parallel with their special needs. She is active in whole process of trademark, design, geographical indication files from filing till registration including oppositions, appeals, assignments, licenses, renewals and also handles patent and utility model files before Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She also manages local client's trademark, design, patent portfolios registered in foreign countries.
