Construction Law

Anne Støtt Hansen is specialised in Contract Law and has many years of experience advising both Danish and foreign entrepreneurs, as well as both public and private builders, on subjects related to construction conditions. Alse she consults technical advisers on technical advisory law.

Furthermore she provides consultancy and assistance on construction conditions during the actual construction process, and for eventual subsequent conflicts. This relates specifically to conclusion of contracts for construction and technical advisory, during an evaluation proces, deficiencies, handling of claims for payment for additional work, delayes, use of experts for decision making and advisory responsibility.

Anne takes arbitration proceedings and lawsuits at the Arbitrary Tribunal for Building and Construction, as well as by the court. She advises on zoning, building and environmental issues. 

Legal specialities which Anne has senior experience with is: Construction and Procurement law, Technical Advisory Law as well as Zoning, Building and Environmental law. Furthermore Project Development, Arbitrary Proceedings and lawsuits.
