Associate Partner - Real Estate

Charalampos has been an integral part of the Firm since 2016.

As the Manager of the Real Estate Department, he leads a team committed to delivering tailor made solutions for the Firm’s diverse clientele. His expertise in real estate and conveyancing transactions has been instrumental, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities including acquisitions and disposals of property, as well as the preparation, review, and negotiation of real estate purchase and sale agreements.

Charalampos is recognized for his adeptness in navigating the complexities of these transactions, serving clients from Europe and beyond with meticulous care and diligence.

Beyond his legal duties, Charalampos has fostered strong client relationships over the years. His involvement in international investment exhibitions has further expanded his understanding of the global real estate market, enhancing his capacity to provide invaluable insights to clients.

Charalampos earned his LL.B (Hons) and LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield in the UK

Charalampos is fluent in Greek and English

Charalampos was promoted to Associate Partner in January 2024, a testament to his value to the firm.
