Harro Schulz specialises in private equity and venture capital transactions and supervises (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. Part of his practice focuses on corporate governance issues and intra-corporate dispute resolution. His clients are investors and companies active in diverse sectors with an emphasis on Retail, Media, Entertainment, Tech and Energy.

Harro Schulz studied at Leiden University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He was sworn in as an attorney in 1997 and completed the post-graduate course in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Grotius Academy in 2002. Before joining act FORT as a partner, Harro worked (as a partner) for several large international law firms.
