Tony Vermeulen specialises in commercial litigation in the broadest sense. He has extensive experience advising and litigating on trade contracts, commercial and financial disputes, cartel damages cases and post-M&A disputes, representing both claimants and defendants in national and international proceedings. Tony is highly experienced as a lawyer in international arbitrations (ICC, NAI, ad hoc) and the Netherlands Commercial Court (the English-language commercial chamber of the Amsterdam District Court).

For Tony, the greatest challenge is collaborating with clients to devise the best possible solutions and to achieve the maximum result for his clients.
