Berth Brouwer specialises in the resolution and avoidance of disputes within and between companies and partnerships (Corporate & Commercial Litigation), such as conflicts or imminent conflicts between shareholders, managing directors, depositary receipt holders or other stakeholders, and the termination of joint ventures. He also advises and litigates on partnerships, such as professional partnerships and limited partnerships, takeover disputes and commercial contracts.

Berth also has a great deal of experience with complex commercial and financial disputes and conducting class actions. He has additonal qualifications as a specialist in company law and corporate law. Between 1996 and 2014, Berth was lawyer at two leading international law firms in Amsterdam.

Berth completed the Grotius Company Law and Corporate Law course.
