Elias specialises in employment law and pension law in the broadest sense of the word. In this area, he is involved in drafting employment contracts, individual and collective dismissal law, amendments to employment conditions (including pensions), directors under the articles of association, transfer of undertaking, non-competition clauses, employee participation, due diligence and value transfers, among other things. He also has particular expertise in cross-border employment law, including in the international transport sector, and litigation.

Between 2004 and 2017, Elias was attorney at law at two leading Dutch law firms.

Elias van Kampen is a member of the Dutch Association of Employment Lawyers (VAAN), the Association for Employment Law, the Association of Employment Lawyers Amsterdam. the Association of Pension Lawyers, the International Pension & Employee Benefits Law Association and the Dutch Procedural Law Association.

Elias van Kampen has completed the Civil Law and Employment Law studies and achieved his title Certified Pension Lawyer in 2010 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
