Helma Sengers advises real estate entrepreneurs, retailers, franchisors and franchisees on civil real estate law and franchise law. She has expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts such as purchase, lease and development agreements as well as franchise agreements. Furthermore, she advises and litigates on lease disputes in the field of commercial premises law, conflicts on real estate transactions, rights in rem such as flat rights, building rights and easements and on franchise agreements.

She is a regular contributor to SDU Commentaar Huurrecht and affiliated with the Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte.
