Melina represents domestic and international clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation proceedings before Swiss courts and administrative bodies.
With an affinity for trademark and unfair competition issues, she has experience in advising clients in developing IP strategies and negotiating/drafting IP and technology-related contracts such as licensing, R&D and technology transfer, film production, endorsement and IT-related agreements.
