Nuno de Ayala Boaventura focuses his activity on cross-border transactions and litigation involving European, African, Japan and South American entities as he had practiced for several years in these countries and acquired a cutting-edge knowledge of their markets and procedures.

With a dual specialisation in corporate law and litigation, he has also a precise knowledge of the International stakes and is able to provide the best individualised and customised advices and assistance to foreign clients.

Nuno began his career in 1998 as an associate at BCTG Avocats (Paris) in corporate and commercial litigation. He became partner of BCTG Avocats in 2004 and decided to join Steering Legal in 2015.
