Partner, lawyer at Paris Bar since 1996, Gwenaëlle dedicates her practice to employment law. She has acquired significant experience, through different international well-known firms (Arthur Andersen, EY, Franklin…).

Gwenaëlle Artur is leading the employment Steering Legal team in Paris, which deals with all French employment matters.

She advises French and international clients on their labour issues, with particular emphasis on complex reorganizations, economic dismissals and collective bargaining issues.

Lawyer Partner of the NUMEUM union (which gathers professional unions specialising in the engineering, digital, consulting, events and professional training sectors) for more than 15 years, she is part of the very privileged of three lawyers referenced by this Union.

Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the NUMEUM bargaining agreement, she has provided assistance to companies in the digital sector covered by NUMEUM on a wide range of employment issues.

On the basis of recommendations, she regularly advises top executives in sensitive situations, notably in negotiating their departure and management packages.
