Sébastien Fleury is involved in complex litigation cases in various sectors of the economy, particularly in industry, where he has been advising several major players for many years.

Sébastien's advantage is his deep knowledge of several areas of law that are at the heart of many disputes, namely bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, litigation strategy and enforcement procedures.

His skills are particularly useful when it comes to anticipating situations where a client or a supplier of a company is not only in a contentious situation but also oblige to integrate a bankruptcy issue.

Sébastien very often intervenes on these issues with an additional international aspect, which requires a perfect mastery of all these problems.

Sébastien began his career in 2004 at Gide loyrette nouel (Paris) in restructuring and commercial litigation with Jean-Michel Lucheux and Olivier Puech. He then created in 2009 the litigation department of Arago and a few years later, in 2015, he created the Steering Legal litigation department before being joined by Nuno De Ayala Boaventura in 2016.
