Volodymyr Babichev is an attorney in White Collar Crime practice. Volodymyr considers defense in criminal proceedings regarding criminal offenses against property, as well as economic and professional activity offences, to be his main field of expertise.

His practice as an attorney includes investigations of misappropriation, embezzlement and legalization of property, fraud, tax evasion, abuse of authority, offences related to violations of the Law of Ukraine “On prevention of Corruption” and protection of public persons from political persecutions.

Volodymyr Babichev also specializes in protection of the clients from unreasonably applied measures of securing the criminal proceedings. Volodymyr’s expertise also includes representation and protection of the rights of clients during pre-trial investigation.

As member of the White Collar Crime practice, Volodymyr Babichev successfully represents interests of businesses in criminal proceedings to eliminate possible legal risks.
