Lucy advises on drafting wills, estate and inheritance tax planningLasting powers of attorney, the creation and administration of trusts, Court of Protection work and the administration estates. As a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, Lucy specialises in advising high net worth clients on all aspects of their estates.

Lucy is highly experienced in working with clients at all stages of their life, whether it’s starting out, established families or people in their senior years. She is able to identify likely issues that could be on their agenda (or should be) and works proactively with them and other departments within the firm, to ensure they have well rounded advice.

Lucy provides support and advice in a clear, straightforward manner and builds lasting relationships with her clients.

Lucy has been awarded Lawyer of the Year by the Bucks, Berks and Oxon Law Society in recognition of the high standard of service she provides to her clients.
