Career

Laura is a Partner and Practice Group Leader in the Family Law team. She advises clients on the full range of issues that arise on separation, from disputes relating to children (such as how their time is to be shared between their parents, and where they are to live) to the division of HNW and UHNW finances on divorce, which almost always involve complicating factors such as businesses, partnerships, farming estates, trusts and/or foreign jurisdictions. Laura strives to support her clients and help them achieve the best possible outcome for their circumstances, with the least amount of stress.

Experience
Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2009 at a leading Music and Entertainment law firm in London. She has acted for many household names and understands the additional complexities involved in high profile separations. Laura has since worked at two top ranked firms in Berkshire and Oxfordshire, continuing to act for a broad range of HNW and UHNW clients, before joining B P Collins in 2023.

Specialisms
Laura regularly drafts and advises on pre and post nuptial agreements.

She also has particular experience of high conflict divorces, supporting both male and female clients who are victims of domestic abuse and narcissistic behaviour, and also those accused of the same.
