Imogen is a solicitor in B P Collins’ dispute resolution team, specialising in contentious probate matters.

Imogen has experience advising on a range of disputes concerning the validity of wills, testamentary capacity, undue influence, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes over the administration of trusts and estates.

Imogen qualified into the dispute resolution team in November 2022, following the completion of her training contract with the firm.

Education

Imogen studied Philosophy (BA Hons) at the University of Exeter. Following her undergraduate degree, she completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and her Masters of Law (LLM/LPC) with the University of Law, achieving a Distinction in both.
