Dominic also deals with all aspects of private client law including wills, probate and estate administrationpowers of attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.

Dominic also practises as a Notary Public having completed the Notarial Practice Course at University College London and was admitted as a Notary by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury in August 2022. As a Notary Public, Dominic is qualified to assist in the authentication and certification of documents and signatures for use in other jurisdictions.

Dominic provides a high level of client service and is able to deal with complex issues in a timely and effective way.  He is experienced in dealing with high value trusts and estates and regularly advises trustees and beneficiaries in relation to their obligations and rights.

As the secretary of B P Collins Trust Corporation Limited, Dominic is involved in the creation and administration of trusts, of which the Trust Corporation is the professional trustee.
