Advises on protecting wealth and issues following divorce/separation with a focus on complex international cases involving HNW/UHNW and often high-profile clients. His clients are based across Manchester and the North, London and internationally. Particular expertise in cases involving offshore trusts, corporate structures and substantial family wealth. Has acted in a number of reported cases which have shaped the law in this area and most recently Sir Frederick Barclay following his widely publicised divorce in one of the largest and most complex cases to have come before the English courts.
