Career

Having worked in family law for more than a decade, Kelly heads the family team at Judge & Priestley and is an expert in her field.

Kelly has a vast array of experience in divorce, financial claims for both married and unmarried couples, children matters and in the drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements. Kelly is also experienced in dealing with cases involving business assets, trusts and inherited wealth.

Prior to joining Judge & Priestley in 2018, Kelly worked at leading firms in London and the City including niche family law firms. Kelly frequently deals with complex, high net worth cases often with an international element.

Alongside this Kelly has been involved with Local Army Welfare offices adding another dimension to her understanding of complex pensions, finance and children matters.

Kelly also has experience as a mediation advocate in relation to financial settlement matters.

Kelly adopts a practical and pragmatic approach and has a reputation for giving clear advice and getting to the crux of issue quickly.

Kelly has advised high profile clients on multi-million pound pre-nuptial agreements and represented public figures in respect of both financial and children matters.

Kelly represented a client on his successful application for a variation of a lifetime spousal maintenance order against a top tier London firm.
