Career
Neil is a partner and head of the Commercial team at Judge & Priestley. Neil has wide ranging experience of advising on company and commercial agreements.
Neil’s practical commercial approach arises from his years in commerce. He was Head of Corporate Law for a major South African mining conglomerate and thereafter ran a small cap company in the parking and security industry for a number of years before emigrating to England in 2000.
Neil has both contentious and non-contentious experience in England, having previously being employed at an award-winning niche insurance practice.
Neil joined Judge & Priestley in 2007.
